Did you know that 7 in 10 girls believe that they are not good enough or do not measure up in some way, including their looks, performance in school, and relationships with family and friends.
OR
That 75% of girls with low self-esteem reported engaging in negative activities like, cutting, bullying, smoking, drinking, or disordered eating.
At Abundantly Authentic we realize that our girls all need support in multiple ways that is why we have separated them into 3 different age groups:
Young Girl Edition (Elementary school aged girls)
Middle School Girl Edition (Middle school girls)
Older Girl Edition (High School girls)
