About
Abundantly Authentic is a faith based, non profit organization whose purpose is to encourage our young girls to practice having a positive self-esteem, so they can participate in healthy relationships WHILE knowing their worth through Christ
We host interactive workshops and provide resources that encourages our young girls to care for, value, and invest in herself, so that she can have healthy relationships with others
Abundantly Authentic was birth because the founder (Keisha Montfleury) participated in an UNHEALTHY relationship for years that stemmed from having a low self-esteem, it wasn't until being confronted by her daughter with the reminder and reality that she is the FIRST person her daughter sees as to what a HEALTHY woman looks like (not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally), that is when Keisha was immediately reminded of GOD'S promise, that "He has come to give us life and give it more abundantly" John 10:10
Upon this realization Keisha decided to take action by stepping into her purpose which is spreading the seed of encouragement into our young girls worldwide
As of today we have made an impact of over 100 local girls and moms by hosting workshops for girls, and mother/daughter workshops
Given out over 30 Dairy Boxes for families
Given out 30 Purpose Packages to girls at another local non profit

We believe that there are 5 Keys to becoming an Abundantly Authentic girl:
1. Beauty-FULL
This workshop/topic allows our girls to really dig into who she is by providing her the opportunity to explore her gifts, while growing in an understanding of what her life purpose is.
2. Oohh La La
This workshop/topic educates girls on how to take care of their "shell" (which is their outside being). Oohh La La encourages girls to see the importance of doing things like hydrating their skin, combing their hair, and trying new styles. Oohh La La gives them an opportunity to participate in DIY activities to get them started.
3. Journey
This workshop/topic educates our girls on the importance of exercising that taking care of your body, AND encourages them to the possibilities of traveling, and the importance of broadening their perspective.
4. Nourish
This workshop/topic encourages our girls to be intentional about their eating habits.
5. Investment
This workshop/topic educates our girls on the importance of investing their time, and educates them on financial responsibilities.
